Profile

Xos, Inc.XOSConsumer Discretionary

Sells battery-electric commercial delivery vehicles, powertrain systems for other equipment and vehicle makers, and mobile or stationary energy storage, supported by Xosphere fleet software. Operates as a final-stage manufacturer and integrator whose deployments rely on production, body-upfit, charging, and maintenance partners.

Builds Class 5–6 battery-electric chassis and stepvans for last-mile, return-to-base fleets, while Powered by Xos supplies batteries, power-distribution and management components, controls, inverters, motors, and integration services to equipment and vehicle makers. Xos Energy Solutions provides the Xos Hub for mobile or stationary charging and storage, while Power Hub serves behind-the-meter data-center, industrial, and mission-critical power needs.

Combines final-stage manufacturing in Tennessee with engineering and service capabilities in Los Angeles, direct sales and channel partners, body-upfit partners, and maintenance coverage across the United States and Canada. Xosphere adds vehicle and charging telematics, energy-use optimization, maintenance management, remote diagnostics, and over-the-air updates.

Depends on a principal production site, mostly single-source suppliers, body-upfit partners, third-party maintenance providers, workable depot charging, and finite incentive programs.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
