Porch Group, Inc.PRCHFinancials

Runs homeowners-insurance services, vertical software, property data, warranty, and moving products around U.S. homebuyers. Porch-owned segments collect fees from managing the Reciprocal, software and data customers, and consumer services, while the policyholder-owned Reciprocal writes property insurance.

Runs Porch-owned Insurance Services, Software & Data, and Consumer Services alongside the consolidated Reciprocal Segment. The platform serves the U.S. homebuying journey through homeowners-insurance services, inspection, mortgage, title, and roofing software, Home Factors property data, Porch Warranty, and moving brands such as HireAHelper and MovingPlace.

Software relationships give Porch early access to homebuyers and property information before insurance, warranty, moving, TV/Internet, and security purchases. The business is concentrated in the U.S., with data and service relationships spread across many home-related companies.

The Reciprocal is owned by policyholder members, managed by Porch, and regulated mainly at the state level. Porch Shareholder Interest depends partly on the Reciprocal's growth, financial condition, weather losses, and reinsurance arrangements.

Two share counts disagree (131.83M in the company's Sep 3, 2026 report, 113.52M elsewhere); stakes use the report.

This quarter's institutional total failed a plausibility check; shown: the largest filers plus last quarter's remainder.

These groups come from separate filings that can overlap, so they add to 101.86%; nothing is left for Other.
