Commercializes TULSA-PRO for MRI-guided ablation of prostate tissue and Sonalleve, an MRI-guided focused-ultrasound platform. Revenue comes from TULSA-PRO capital equipment, single-use devices, and extended-warranty service through existing MRI infrastructure.
TULSA-PRO combines real-time MRI, robotically driven transurethral thermal ultrasound, and closed-loop temperature feedback control to ablate malignant or benign prostate tissue. It supports whole-gland or physician-defined treatment through existing MRI infrastructure.
Sonalleve, acquired from Philips, adds an MRI-guided focused-ultrasound platform to the prostate-centered TULSA-PRO business. It is CE marked for uterine fibroids and palliative treatment of bone-metastasis pain, and is approved in China for non-invasive uterine-fibroid treatment.
Sells TULSA-PRO capital equipment alongside single-use devices and extended-warranty service. U.S. commercialization follows FDA 510(k) clearance, while development and commercialization of both platforms extend globally.
