Profile
Runs Merchant Solutions (card processing for small and mid-sized merchants) and Digital Wallets (Skrill, Neteller, and paysafecard eCash), concentrated in iGaming, entertainment, and Latin American cash-based payments, with profitability driven mainly by the wallet business.
Runs two segments: Merchant Solutions provides card acquiring and processing for small and mid-sized merchants, while Digital Wallets operates the Skrill and Neteller e-wallets plus eCash vouchers such as paysafecard and cash rails including PaysafeCash and SafetyPay.
Revenue is spread across North America, Europe, and Latin America, serving iGaming, streaming and video gaming, travel, and digital-asset merchants rather than a horizontal, all-category card-acquirer base.
Digital Wallets carries most of the profit, running at a much higher margin than Merchant Solutions on a global eCash network and deep iGaming payment ties.
Assembled since 1996 almost entirely through acquisitions such as Skrill, Neteller, and paysafecard, the company moved from a London listing through a private-equity buyout into a SPAC-led Bermuda re-listing in 2021. Gambling-law exposure varies by market, and net leverage stood at 5.5 times adjusted EBITDA at year-end 2025.
