Profile
Sells subscription cloud software for asset discovery, vulnerability prioritization, compliance, cloud and application security, and remediation. Its Enterprise TruRisk Platform reuses shared agents, scanners, data and workflows across modules, while channel partners generate roughly half of revenue.
Delivers cloud-based IT security and compliance software through the Enterprise TruRisk Platform. VMDR discovers assets, identifies vulnerabilities and prioritizes remediation; Enterprise TruRisk Management combines Qualys and third-party telemetry into a shared risk view. Cloud Agents, scanners and passive sensors collect data across on-premises systems, endpoints, cloud workloads, containers and operational technology.
Adjacent Cloud Apps include TotalCloud for cloud-native application protection, TotalAppSec for web applications and APIs, Policy Audit for configuration compliance, and TruRisk Eliminate for patching and other remediation. Shared sensors, data and workflows let customers add modules without deploying separate platforms.
Serves more than 10,000 enterprises, government agencies and smaller businesses worldwide, with a little over half of revenue billed to U.S. customers. Revenue is primarily renewable annual subscriptions, and roughly half is generated through channel partners.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
