RenX Enterprises Corp.RENXReal Estate

Sells compost, engineered soils, and mulch while generating service revenue from green-waste collection, disposal, and bulk hauling through an integrated Florida processing and logistics platform.

Processes green and woody waste into bulk compost, custom-blended soils, soil amendments, and mulch at a permitted Myakka City, Florida facility. An affiliated fleet collects, hauls, and disposes of green and construction-related waste, carries inputs and finished materials, and also serves outside customers. Florida remains the operating center, while legacy real-estate interests are being managed for monetization.

Earns product revenue when compost, engineered soils, and mulch are delivered or collected, and service revenue from collection, processing, disposal, and hauling. The planned Microtec mill is intended to turn organic inputs into specification-defined soil substrates and specialty growing media but had not entered production. Operations depend on the single permitted site, feedstock quality and availability, fleet execution, and Florida environmental permits.
