Profile
Supplies reagents, instruments, scientific software, laboratory services, and clinical testing workflows across Life Sciences and Diagnostics. Revenue is split roughly evenly between the segments, spanning research tools on one side and immunodiagnostics, reproductive health, and genomics on the other.
Operates through Life Sciences and Diagnostics. Life Sciences spans BioLegend reagents, assay technologies, imaging and automation instruments, Revvity Signals scientific software, and multi-omics services used in drug discovery and development.
Diagnostics provides reproductive-health and newborn-screening platforms, genomic testing, cord-blood banking through ViaCord, and EUROIMMUN and T-SPOT immunodiagnostics. Across both segments, the model pairs specialized consumables with instruments, software, laboratory services, and licensing for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, clinical laboratories, universities, and government customers.
Products reach customers through specialized sales teams and distributors across more than 160 countries. Clinical assays and screening systems depend on country-specific approvals and quality compliance, while some critical inputs come from limited or single suppliers. An agreed sale of the China immunodiagnostics business remains subject to closing and regulatory approval.
