Profile

RxSight, Inc.RXSTHealth Care

Commercializes the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens system for cataract surgery, combining LAL/LAL+ lenses with the Light Delivery Device and accessories. Revenue is driven mainly by recurring lens use after practices adopt the LDD, with commercial efforts centered on cataract surgeons in the United States and newer international launches.

Commercializes the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens system, a premium cataract technology built around LAL/LAL+ intraocular lenses, the Light Delivery Device, and related accessories and service. The lens is adjusted after implantation using programmed ultraviolet light delivered by the LDD.

Sales are concentrated on cataract practices in the United States, supported by direct device sales, account managers, clinical specialists, field service engineers, and marketing staff. Recent expansion has added launches or regulatory approvals in selected Asia-Pacific markets.

The model depends on LDD adoption translating into recurring LAL procedure volume. Larger premium intraocular-lens companies remain competitors, while Alcon is also a non-exclusive future-product partner. RxSight handles development and manufacturing and receives royalties, and Alcon leads global commercialization. FDA approvals, surgeon workflow adoption, installed-base productivity, and collaboration execution shape the pace of growth.
