Profile
Provides managed services, Elastic Engineering, and professional services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and private-cloud environments. Public Cloud is the larger segment, while Private Cloud depends on Rackspace data centers, customer data centers, colocation partners, and legacy OpenStack operations.
Provides managed cloud operations, Elastic Engineering, professional services, cloud consulting, migration, optimization, data and analytics, cybersecurity, applications, and modern-work services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and private-cloud environments.
Serves customers in more than 120 countries through a model split between Public Cloud and Private Cloud. Public Cloud centers on hyperscaler-hosted environments, while Private Cloud runs customer workloads in Rackspace data centers, customer data centers, colocation facilities, and legacy OpenStack infrastructure.
Execution depends on deep technical support, continuous optimization, and partner access to hyperscaler ecosystems. The business also carries service-continuity and cybersecurity exposure from operating customer infrastructure, with a prior Hosted Exchange ransomware incident treated in context as limited to a small managed email product.
