Provides Smart Banking, compliance operations, lending support and managed services to cannabis-related businesses through partner institutions. Revenue comes from recurring account fees and contractual shares of loan and deposit economics, while deposits and most lending capital remain with partners, especially PCCU.
Connects cannabis-related businesses with compliant banking, payments, cash-management and commercial-lending services through regulated financial-institution partners. The Safe Harbor Program and Cannabis Banking Solutions™ Platform combine customer onboarding, KYC and BSA/AML diligence, transaction monitoring, document management, program administration and recurring account support. Commercial Lending includes sourcing, underwriting and servicing primarily senior-secured loans; managed services add on-site examinations, technology advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and other back-office support.
Earns account fees and contractual shares of loan and deposit economics rather than banking deposits itself. The customer footprint reaches across the United States through partner institutions, while most employees are in Colorado. PCCU remains the primary depository and lending partner, holds most program accounts, provides much lending capital and keeps final loan approval; service delivery also depends on continuing BSA/AML compliance within a federal-state cannabis legal split.
