Profile
Produces steel within an integrated Brazilian industrial system that also includes iron ore, cement, logistics, and energy. Mining inputs and rail-and-port infrastructure connect its operating lines, while SID trades in New York as an ADR.
Steelmaking is anchored in Volta Redonda and supplied by the group's iron-ore inputs. CSN sells steel alongside iron ore, cement, logistics, and energy services through its operating lines. Its industrial system grew after privatization.
Rail, port, road, and dry-port assets tie mining and steel production to distribution, while power projects support the industrial system. The cement business developed from blast-furnace slag and was expanded through the LafargeHolcim Brasil acquisition.
The group depends on integrated mine-to-port infrastructure and its Brazilian industrial base; its NYSE security is an ADR alongside B3 common shares.

This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
