Profile
Produce customer-specific metal forgings, machined components and subassemblies for aerospace, defense, commercial-space and energy programs, selling through purchase orders and longer-term contracts. U.S. plants pair hard-metal forging in Cleveland with aluminum forging and machining in Orange, California.
Manufacture build-to-print open- and closed-die forgings, machined components and subassemblies for aerospace, defense, commercial-space and energy customers. Cleveland handles steel, titanium, nickel-alloy and other high-temperature forgings; Orange, California produces precision aluminum forgings, finished machined components and assemblies.
Sell customer-specific parts to OEMs, suppliers and aftermarket service providers under purchase orders and longer-term contracts. Production includes die and part design, heat treatment, testing, machining, inspection and subassembly, while customer qualification, process capability, delivery and quality support awards.
Depend on qualified materials suppliers, customer approvals, aerospace-production schedules and defense-program funding. Continuing operations and assets are entirely U.S.-based following the sale of the European operation.
