Profile

Sky Quarry Inc.SKYQEnergy

Generates current revenue by refining regional crude into diesel, liquid asphalt, VGO and naphtha for Southwest U.S. customers, while developing an ECOSolv-based platform to recycle waste asphalt shingles and recover oil from Utah leases. Refined crude oil is its only reportable segment; the recycling platform remains pre-revenue.

Operates the Eagle Springs refinery near Ely, Nevada, buying regional crude and other petroleum inputs and selling diesel, liquid asphalt, vacuum gas oil and naphtha to domestic customers in the Southwest. Current revenue comes from refined-crude-oil products, with most products sold to other refineries for further processing.

Develops a separate Utah platform for recovering oil from asphalt-bearing material and recycling waste asphalt shingles through the proprietary ECOSolv process. The planned model would combine fees for accepting shingles with sales of recovered materials, but the process has only been bench-tested and the PR Spring site remains pre-revenue. Refinery sales depend on plant availability, regional feedstock procurement and a concentrated customer base; the recycling platform remains dependent on financing and uncontracted material supply and product off-take.
