Profile
Uncoated freesheet paper — office copy, commercial print, and converting grades — made across mills in North America, Latin America, and Europe under brands including Hammermill, Chamex, and Multicopy. Carved out of International Paper in 2021, the business allocates free cash flow to dividends and buybacks rather than capacity growth.
Spun off from International Paper in 2021, the company produces uncoated freesheet paper — office copy, commercial print, and converting grades — across mills in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Heritage brands include Hammermill in North America, Chamex in Brazil, and REY and Multicopy in Europe.
North America accounts for most revenue, served by owned mills in New York and South Carolina plus offtake agreements with former parent mills in Alabama and South Carolina. Brazil's mills hold a structural cost advantage through roughly 250,000 acres of certified eucalyptus forestland owned or managed by the company.
Uncoated freesheet is a structurally declining end market; the business is run as a cash-return vehicle, directing capital to dividends and share buybacks rather than capacity expansion. Volume depends on demand for printing and writing paper in offices, schools, and commercial print shops.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
