Profile
Sells market pulp and a portfolio of paper, packaging, fluff pulp, tissue, and hygiene products through vertically integrated forestry and mills. Pulp is the larger, heavily export-oriented business, with Asia the biggest disclosed market, while paper sales lean toward Brazil.
Produces market pulp and manufactures printing and writing paper, paperboard and packaging, fluff pulp, tissue, and hygiene goods. Two reportable segments—Pulp and Paper—organize the business, supported by managed eucalyptus forests, biotechnology, mills, and outbound logistics.
Pulp is the larger and overwhelmingly export-oriented segment. Asia is its biggest disclosed destination, followed by Europe and North America, while paper sales are weighted toward Brazil. Long-running eucalyptus breeding and fiber development underpin forestry productivity and product adaptation.
Operations depend on international pulp demand, forestry yields, mill reliability, logistics, and currency exposure. Land use, water, and aerial pesticide application also bring ongoing engagement and disputes with some Indigenous and Quilombola communities.
