Profile
Combines analytics, engineering, data sharing, applications, transactions, and AI agents on a governed multi-cloud platform. Customers pay mainly for compute, storage, and data transfer as they consume them, while one operating segment spans AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Built on independently scalable storage and compute, the managed platform spans analytics, data engineering, governed sharing, applications, transactions, and AI agents. Snowflake Intelligence, Cortex Agents, Native Apps, and Snowflake Postgres extend the original cloud data warehouse into broader operational and AI workloads.
Runs across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud with a globally distributed workforce. Isolated compute workloads can operate over shared data, while open formats and governed collaboration reduce the need to copy data between tools and organizations.
Revenue follows customer consumption of compute, storage, and data transfer rather than a fixed seat count. Infrastructure availability, costs, and margins depend on cloud providers, especially AWS, while customer-account security also depends on identity, MFA, credential, and network-policy configuration.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
