Profile
Sells connectors, truss plates, fastening systems, fasteners, shearwalls, and concrete fastening products. Wood construction is the principal product line, with North America the main market; European fixing-and-fastening operations expanded through the ETANCO acquisition.
Designs, engineers, manufactures, and sells structural products for wood and concrete construction. The wood portfolio includes connectors, truss plates, fastening systems, fasteners, and shearwalls; concrete products include adhesives, specialty chemicals, mechanical anchors, powder-actuated tools, and fiber-reinforcing materials.
Serves residential, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, remodeling, and do-it-yourself construction. North America remains the principal market, while European fixing-and-fastening offerings were expanded through the ETANCO acquisition.
The portfolio combines design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales across specialized products intended to help build safer, stronger structures. Sales remain influenced by U.S. residential-construction activity and by trade actions, import restrictions, currency movements, and access to capital.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
