Reaches customers through distributors, dealers, retailers, rental centers, online and direct channels across more than 125 countries. Engineering and product development support the portfolio, while parts, accessories, warranties, licensing and financing complement predominantly equipment sales.

Depends on seasonal weather, professional end-market spending, dealer inventory and financing, supply of key components, acquisition integration and product acceptance. Products and facilities operate under emissions, water-use, safety, trade and other environmental rules.
