Profile
Designs and supplies proprietary aerospace components across Power & Control and Airframe systems, plus a small non-aviation portfolio. Earns through original-equipment and aftermarket sales to aircraft manufacturers, airlines, maintenance providers and defense customers, with installed positions on long-lived aircraft programs supporting recurring demand.
Organizes its businesses into Power & Control, Airframe and a small Non-aviation segment. Power & Control supplies actuators, ignition systems, pumps, valves, motors, generators, batteries, sensors and microwave electronics; Airframe covers latches, seals, cockpit systems, restraints, interiors, lighting, parachutes and testing equipment. Ground-transport restraints, space actuators and industrial turbine and refueling systems form the non-aviation portfolio.
Sells to aircraft and system manufacturers, airlines, maintenance providers and defense customers worldwide, including across Western Europe, Canada and Asia. Proprietary designs, installed positions and long platform lives drive aftermarket parts and repair demand; acquisitions add niche product lines. Results depend on flight activity, defense spending, integration and debt service, while aviation, military, export and environmental rules govern products and repair operations.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
