Profile

Team, Inc.TISIIndustrials

Inspection, heat treating, and mechanical services support critical industrial assets. Inspection and Heat Treating and Mechanical Services serve refining, petrochemical, power, pipeline, and other heavy industries.

Inspection and Heat Treating provides inspection, condition assessment, and heat-treating work, while Mechanical Services handles maintenance, repair, and related mechanical work. Together, the operations support critical industrial assets in refining, petrochemical, power, pipeline, and other heavy industries, with a focus on asset safety, reliability, and operating efficiency.

Operations span more than 20 countries and are presented as an integrated, increasingly digitized asset-performance-assurance offering. After the sale of Quest Integrity, the portfolio refocused on IHT and MS. The capital structure has also been shaped by refinancing and preferred-stock-and-warrant financing tied to debt reduction and financial flexibility.
