Profile

Titan Machinery Inc.TITNIndustrials

Runs full-service agricultural and construction equipment dealerships, with equipment sales backed by parts, service, rentals, precision-farming tools, and finance products. Operations span North America, Europe, and Australia and depend heavily on CNH brands and dealer-agreement consent.

Operates full-service agricultural and construction equipment dealerships built around equipment sales, parts, service, rentals, transportation, precision-farming tools, farm-data offerings, and CNH finance and insurance products. The network represents Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, Case Construction, New Holland Construction, and CNH Industrial Capital brands.

Geographic exposure is split across North America, Europe, and Australia, with agriculture the main business line and construction a smaller North American segment. Growth has come through dealership acquisitions and integration, including the O'Connors acquisition that created the Australia segment.

The operating model depends on product support, inventory discipline, and supplier relationships. CNH supplies most new equipment revenue, and CNH dealer agreements shape acquisitions and divestitures because new geographic areas, store purchases, and buyer approvals require CNH consent.
