Develops hospital and dialysis-care drug candidates, led by Niyad for regional anticoagulation during renal replacement therapy. The U.S.-focused development organization has no approved product generating material sales and relies on partners for manufacturing and selected product rights.
Develops a portfolio of hospital and dialysis-care candidates for medically supervised settings, led by Niyad, an investigational nafamostat formulation for regional anticoagulation during continuous renal replacement therapy. Niyad is in a U.S. registrational study for adults who cannot tolerate heparin or face a bleeding risk.
Also advances LTX-608, a separate nafamostat formulation in preclinical development, and holds U.S. rights to Fedsyra and PFS-02, ready-to-use ephedrine and phenylephrine syringes for anesthesia-related hypotension. The syringe products are licensed from France-based Laboratoire Aguettant.
Operates as a development organization, concentrating its limited staff and spending on clinical development, regulatory work and outsourced production rather than a diversified commercial business. Niyad is its only registrational-stage program, and the nafamostat candidates depend on a single source for API and finished product, with the finished-goods CDMO in China.
