Profile

Turning Point Brands, Inc.TPBConsumer Staples

Sells branded adult-consumer products through Zig-Zag smoking accessories and Stoker's oral tobacco and nicotine lines, with FRE and ALP extending the portfolio into modern oral nicotine. Continuing operations are concentrated in North America and shaped by wholesale distribution, outsourced production, and tobacco and nicotine regulation.

Markets and distributes Zig-Zag rolling papers, cones, wraps, tubes, lighters, finished cigars, and related accessories while manufacturing and marketing Stoker's moist snuff and loose-leaf chewing tobacco. FRE and ALP add modern oral nicotine pouch products inside the current portfolio.

Operations are concentrated in the United States and Canada through wholesale distributors, secondary wholesalers, retail outlets, and brand websites. Legacy Zig-Zag and Stoker's cash flows fund product support, distribution infrastructure, acquisitions, and investment in modern oral lines.

The portfolio now has two continuing reportable segments after the former Creative Distribution Solutions business was contributed to a joint venture and moved to discontinued operations. Demand is tied to adult-consumer tobacco and nicotine categories, FDA authorization pathways, and outsourced supply relationships.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
