Owns and operates Capesize, Kamsarmax and Panamax dry-bulk vessels for worldwide cargo transport. Operations evolve through vessel purchases, bareboat charters and sales, with ship-management services supplied under an agreement with former parent Seanergy.
Moves seaborne dry-bulk cargo worldwide through vessels it owns or operates under charter. The fleet includes Capesize, Kamsarmax and Panamax ships, and the operating portfolio changes through purchases, bareboat-charter arrangements and vessel sales.
Created in a 2022 spin-off from Seanergy Maritime, the business receives technical, administrative, commercial and brokerage services from Seanergy under a master management agreement. Day-to-day vessel operations therefore retain a formal relationship with the former parent.
Chairman and CEO Stamatios Tsantanis and CFO Stavros Gyftakis also hold roles at Seanergy, while some directors serve both boards. That overlap may create conflicts in matters involving the two companies.
