Profile
Sells outboard-powered power catamarans, motors and trailers primarily to independent dealers, with Bahama Boat Works adding monohull and offshore-fishing boats and Wizz Banger developing used-boat marketplace and valuation tools. Boat sales remain the economically material business, with production concentrated at one Fort Pierce site.
Builds outboard-powered, symmetrical twin-hull power catamarans under Twin Vee PowerCats, hand-built at its Fort Pierce base and sold with motors and trailers through independent dealers. Its boats serve recreational and commercial users through a dealer network across North America, Hawaii and Australia.
Owns Bahama Boat Works, a relaunched premium monohull and offshore-fishing brand, and operates Wizz Banger, a development-stage used-boat marketplace and valuation business. Boat sales are the economically material line; Wizz Banger produces limited revenue.
Depends on an independent dealer channel, third-party components and a single Fort Pierce manufacturing site. Under a pending USFM merger, the marine assets would move to a private trust and the public company would shift to Greenland mineral interests, subject to approvals and other closing conditions.
