Liquids-rich gas from Canada’s Deep Basin and Montney and conventional gas in Europe anchor the portfolio, alongside low-decline oil operations. Acquisitions and divestitures narrowed the business toward gas-weighted Canadian and European assets.
Develops and produces liquids-rich gas from Canada’s Deep Basin and Montney, complemented by conventional gas assets in Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands. Low-decline oil operations remain alongside those gas positions.
Cross-border acquisitions and divestitures shaped the asset base. The Westbrick addition and exits from U.S., Saskatchewan and Manitoba businesses narrowed the portfolio toward gas-weighted Canadian and European assets.
Operations span Canadian and European jurisdictions rather than a single domestic basin, so the asset base remains tied to cross-border production. The post-reset portfolio is deliberately weighted toward Canadian and European gas.
