Profile
Sells point-of-sale, payment, fueling, repair, diagnostic, and EV-charging software and equipment through Mobility Technologies, Repair Solutions, and Environmental & Fueling Solutions. Its Vontier Business System carries a continuous-improvement operating model inherited from Danaher and Fortive.
Mobility Technologies supplies point-of-sale and payment systems, workflow automation, analytics, EV-charging operating software, and alternative-fuel dispensing solutions. The segment includes Invenco, DRB, ANGI, Driivz, and, in the last verified annual-report baseline, Teletrac Navman.
Repair Solutions centers on Matco’s tools, toolboxes, diagnostic equipment, software, and mobile-franchise model. Environmental & Fueling Solutions is the Gilbarco Veeder-Root environmental and fueling business.
Formed as a Fortive spin-off, its operating model centers on the Vontier Business System, a continuous-improvement system with Danaher and Fortive heritage. A majority sale of Teletrac Navman was announced, but the available evidence did not confirm the closing.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
