Profile
Sells oral appliances and delivers sleep-testing and treatment services for obstructive sleep apnea, combining devices with clinical support, billing and practice-management services. The model is shifting from training independent dental providers to owned or managed practices supported through management-service structures.
Combines C.A.R.E. oral appliances—custom DNA, mRNA and mmRNA devices—with VivoScore home sleep testing, clinical protocols and adjunctive therapies for breathing-related sleep disorders, principally obstructive sleep apnea. MyoSync provides orofacial myofunctional therapy, while billing and practice-management tools support treatment delivery.
Expanding from training independent dental providers into operating and managing medical sleep practices. Sleep and Airway Medicine Centers use medical, dental, clinical-assistant, administrative and patient-navigation roles; owned or managed operations are concentrated in Nevada and Michigan, and the United States is the principal market.
Earns service revenue from sleep testing, treatment centers, billing, therapy and legacy provider programs, alongside appliance and tooth-positioner sales. The MSO/DSO model requires clinical functions to remain with licensed professional entities and depends on compliance with state practice, fee-splitting, anti-kickback and independent-judgment rules.
