Profile
Designs and makes made-to-order projected-capacitive touchscreens for industrial, automotive, point-of-sale, gaming, medical and financial-terminal applications. Revenue comes from direct product sales, with production and assets concentrated in China through a PRC subsidiary chain.
Designs and manufactures made-to-order, medium- and large-format projected-capacitive touchscreens used in automotive interfaces, industrial control computers, point-of-sale terminals, gaming and lottery machines, medical devices, financial terminals, printers, smart-home controls, robots and charging stations. Panel structures include Glass-Glass, Glass-Film-Film, Glass-Film and Plastic-Glass.
Builds configurations around customer orders and sells directly through its own sales force. Mainland China supplies most sales, while overseas customers are principally in Europe and East Asia; executive, R&D and manufacturing activity operates from Meishan, Sichuan.
Depends on order-based product sales and customer concentration rather than recurring subscription or licensing revenue. Its Nevada parent has no material operating business; substantially all operations and reported assets sit in the PRC subsidiary chain, where regulation, currency conversion and dividend-transfer restrictions affect the structure.
