Profile
Supplies alternative-fuel systems, components, and technologies to transportation and industrial customers through Cespira, High-Pressure Controls & Systems, and Heavy-Duty OEM. Its continuing portfolio follows the Light-Duty sale and relies on heavy-duty OEM commercialization and hydrogen and fuel-cell infrastructure adoption.
Supplies alternative-fuel systems, components, and technologies to transportation and industrial customers. It operates three continuing segments after the Light-Duty sale: Cespira, High-Pressure Controls & Systems, and Heavy-Duty OEM. Cespira, a joint venture with Volvo, develops, assembles, and supplies LNG HPDI 2.0 fuel systems, components, and engineering services to engine makers and commercial-vehicle OEMs.
High-Pressure Controls supplies fuel-cell and hydrogen-fuel-system solutions and components for transportation and industrial uses. Heavy-Duty OEM has been materially affected by the end of its transitional-services arrangement with Cespira, leaving it at a reduced scale.
The portfolio depends on HPDI commercialization with heavy-duty OEMs, adoption of hydrogen and fuel-cell infrastructure, and operating a much smaller organization after the divestiture.
