Profile

Strategic Land Solutions monetizes real estate, natural resources and climate uses, while the REIT's integrated model and earnings remain closely tied to housing-driven wood demand.
Owns and manages private commercial timberlands across the United States and holds long-term licenses on public timberlands in Canada. Timberlands grows, harvests and sells logs and standing timber, and offers recreational access.
Manufactures structural lumber, oriented strand board and engineered wood through Wood Products, then distributes them alongside building materials from other manufacturers. An integrated footprint connects forest management, logistics, manufacturing and customer delivery across the United States and Canada.
Monetizes land through Strategic Land Solutions, whose Real Estate, Natural Resources and Climate Solutions businesses cover land sales, resource rights, renewable-energy leases, carbon projects and conservation transactions. All three segments are tied closely to U.S. housing; most REIT income comes from timberlands, while taxable subsidiaries include Wood Products and portions of the other segments.
