Profile

XPLR Infrastructure, LPXIFRUtilities

Owns contracted wind, solar, battery-storage, and pipeline assets. Retained operating cash flow supports portfolio investment and financing buyouts under a NextEra-sponsored, affiliate-managed structure.

Owns contracted clean-energy infrastructure assets, including wind, solar, solar-plus-storage, and stand-alone battery-storage projects. The assets are located in the United States and generate cash flows under long-term contracts. A contracted Pennsylvania pipeline investment also remains part of the portfolio.

Retained operating cash flow is directed toward selected financing buyouts, investment in existing assets such as wind repowering and storage, and additional clean-energy opportunities.

Operations rely on employees of manager affiliates, including NextEra Energy and NextEra Energy Resources, rather than direct employees. The capital-allocation plan measures portfolio uses against returning capital to unitholders.
