Profile
Designs and operates standardized spacecraft platforms while supplying their components, software, ground operations and downlink services. Revenue is centered on multi-year, firm-fixed-price U.S. government contracts, with maintenance, antenna use and mission services intended to extend the relationship across a spacecraft’s operating life.
Builds modular spacecraft platforms, selected components and subsystems, and proprietary flight and ground software. From a principally Denver-area footprint, it acts as prime contractor across design, production, payload integration, launch coordination, ground systems and on-orbit operations.
Extends the spacecraft offering with ATLAS ground operations and global downlink, electric propulsion, space solar cells and multi-network communications terminals. Common designs, shared supply-chain elements, high-volume production and automated testing support price, delivery speed, reliability and mission capability.
Generates most revenue under multi-year, firm-fixed-price U.S. government contracts recognized over time. Software maintenance, managed ground services, antenna use and operations-as-a-service are intended to add recurring work, while government funding, contract execution, security clearances and export controls remain structural dependencies.
