Profile
Provides enterprises with a data-and-AI platform for identity resolution, customer messaging, paid-media activation, analytics, and attribution. Subscription, usage, and service fees fund a single operating segment whose revenue comes mostly from direct use of its own platform and primarily from U.S. customers.
Combines proprietary consumer data, identity resolution, artificial intelligence, and marketing automation in the Zeta Marketing Platform. The Zeta Data Cloud and CDP+ unify customer and prospect information; Messaging and the DSP orchestrate owned and paid channels; Zeta Answers supplies analytics and attribution.
Athena by Zeta provides a natural-language interface and agentic orchestration layer across data, decisioning, and activation. Revenue comes from subscriptions, platform usage, and professional services, with most revenue generated directly through its own platform. Serves mainly U.S. enterprises while operating with a global workforce.
Execution depends on access to proprietary and partner data, third-party media and technology integrations, email-delivery standards, consumer consent, and compliance with evolving privacy, data-security, and AI rules.
