Profile
Sells subscription data-collaboration software for identity resolution, audience activation, data-marketplace access, clean-room analytics, and measurement, supplemented by marketplace revenue sharing and usage fees. Most revenue comes from the United States, while the platform's value depends on permitted data access and integrations across marketers, publishers, and technology partners.
Connects marketers, agencies, publishers, data providers, and commerce media networks through a data-collaboration platform. Live/Identity resolves customer records around RampID; Live/Connectivity onboards and activates first-party data; Live/Access supplies third-party audiences through the Data Marketplace; and Live/Insights supports clean-room analytics and campaign measurement.
Annual subscriptions, priced mainly by data volume, provide most revenue; Marketplace and Other revenue comes from data-seller revenue sharing, usage fees, and services. Deterministic identity matching and broad integrations move customer data across marketing tools. Revenue is concentrated in the United States, with smaller operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Execution depends on permitted data access, partner participation, interoperability, security, and changing privacy and tracking rules. Shareholders have approved a sale to Publicis, but regulatory approvals and other closing conditions remain; completion would end the NYSE listing.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
