Agilent CrossLab provides vendor-neutral maintenance, columns and supplies, laboratory automation, and OpenLab informatics. Applied Markets centers on gas chromatography, spectroscopy, vacuum systems, and refurbished instruments for food, environmental, chemical, materials, and forensic testing.

Serves pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, clinical laboratories, academia, government, and industrial testing customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Breadth across instruments and vendor-neutral CrossLab support ties consumables, service, and software to installed laboratory workflows. Instrument demand depends on customer capital budgets; diagnostic products require regulatory approvals, and manufacturing and research sites span the United States, Europe, and Asia.
