Profile

Advance Auto Parts, Inc.AAPConsumer Discretionary

Sells replacement parts, batteries, maintenance products, accessories and tools through Advance Auto Parts and Carquest stores and digital channels, serving DIY drivers and professional repair shops. Professional sales contribute roughly half of the business, supported by local inventory, hub replenishment and commercial delivery.

Supplies automotive replacement parts, batteries, maintenance items, accessories and tools to DIY drivers and professional repair shops. Sales run through Advance Auto Parts and Carquest stores, e-commerce sites and mobile ordering, with commercial delivery to garages, service stations and dealerships. Owned brands include DieHard, Carquest, Driveworks, Wearever and ARGOS alongside third-party parts.

Operates as a single Advance Auto Parts/Carquest segment, primarily in the United States, with company stores in Canada and U.S. territories and independent Carquest locations reaching Mexico and Caribbean markets. A distribution-center, hub and store network supports same-day or next-day parts availability; market hubs also replenish nearby stores. Professional customers contribute roughly half of sales. Performance depends on stocking the right local assortment, supplier terms and product flow, delivery speed, store execution and the inventory and technology systems linking these channels.
