Profile
Sells aggregates, specialty materials, asphalt, trench-shoring equipment, utility and related structures, and wind towers through two infrastructure-focused segments. Local materials networks and fabricated structures tie revenue to construction activity, public infrastructure funding, electrical-grid investment, weather, and backlog execution.
Produces natural and recycled aggregates, specialty materials, asphalt mix, and trench shields and shoring through Construction Products. Engineered Structures manufactures steel and concrete utility, traffic, lighting, and telecom structures plus wind towers for power and infrastructure customers. Materials operations are concentrated in the United States, especially Texas and New Jersey, while structures manufacturing spans the United States and Mexico.
Locating quarries and asphalt plants near local demand centers limits transport distances for heavy materials, while shared steel sourcing and fabrication capabilities support the structures portfolio. Revenue depends on public infrastructure funding, residential and nonresidential construction, electrical-grid investment, wind projects, weather, steel and energy costs, and timely delivery from backlog.
Following the completed barge sale, reporting comprises Construction Products and Engineered Structures. An agreed acquisition by CRH remains subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
