Profile
Supplies crushed stone, sand and gravel for infrastructure, nonresidential and residential construction, with asphalt, paving, ready-mixed concrete and specialty magnesia and lime products adding smaller revenue streams. Its quarry network is concentrated across U.S. growth markets and linked by truck, rail and water distribution.
Supplies crushed stone, sand and gravel from a quarry and distribution network spanning much of the United States, Canada and The Bahamas. Aggregates anchor the business, serving public infrastructure, nonresidential and residential construction; targeted asphalt, paving and ready-mixed concrete operations extend the materials offering. The Specialties segment sells high-purity magnesia products and dolomitic lime for industrial, environmental and agricultural uses worldwide.
Executes through geographically organized East and West groups, using local quarry proximity plus rail and water links to reach supply-constrained markets. The completed Quikrete asset exchange added aggregates while divesting the Midlothian cement plant and Texas ready-mixed concrete assets; a pending Lhoist North America combination would expand lime and industrial minerals. Demand follows construction activity and public funding, while permitting, weather, energy costs and transport availability constrain production and delivery.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
