Anfield Energy Inc. Common SharesAECEnergy

Develops U.S. uranium and vanadium projects around the Shootaring Canyon Mill. The acquisition-built portfolio includes several Southwest projects, while the mill remains under care and maintenance.

Develops uranium and vanadium projects in the U.S. Southwest, with the Shootaring Canyon Mill at the center of its planned hub-and-spoke network rather than a currently operating production business.

The portfolio includes Velvet-Wood, Slick Rock, West Slope, and Marquez-Juan Tafoya. It was assembled through acquisitions and an asset swap, and spans the U.S. Southwest.

Shootaring has been under care and maintenance since operations ceased. The stated production pathway therefore depends on mine and mill development, required approvals, and restart execution, while Canadian headquarters oversees assets concentrated in the United States.
