Profile
Produces yellowcake at Wyoming in-situ recovery sites and sells it through long-term and spot contracts with global nuclear-energy customers. Shirley Basin uses Lost Creek for final processing, concentrating the operating system at the original facility.
Produces uranium concentrate, or yellowcake, through wholly owned in-situ recovery sites in Wyoming. At Lost Creek, uranium-bearing solution is brought to the surface and captured on resin; the facility then finishes, dries, packages, and ships the product to a third-party conversion facility. Shirley Basin has begun limited recovery and sends loaded resin to Lost Creek rather than duplicating its finishing plant.
The sales model combines long-term and spot uranium contracts with global nuclear-energy customers, with revenue recognized when title transfers at the conversion facility. Operations, mineral assets, and revenue are concentrated in the United States. The business depends on uranium recovery and contracting, licensing and environmental compliance, water management, and Lost Creek’s central processing system. Its material properties are reported as mineral resources, not proven or probable reserves.
