Profile
Produces and develops uranium assets in Wyoming, Texas, and Saskatchewan, while reported sales have come from purchased physical uranium inventory. Its U.S. in-situ recovery network connects satellite wellfields to central plants, and it has no long-term supply or off-take agreements.
Operates uranium mining and development assets across Wyoming and South Texas, where in-situ recovery wellfields feed the Irigaray and Hobson central processing plants. Its U.S. portfolio also includes the Sweetwater conventional mill, while the Canadian business centers on the Roughrider project and other Athabasca Basin interests.
Generates reported sales through dispositions of purchased physical uranium inventory while restarting mine output. The hub-and-spoke model pairs satellite wellfields with central processing, allowing extraction to be expanded or deferred as uranium-market conditions change.
Remains dependent on uranium prices and the timing of spot-market sales because it holds no long-term supply or off-take agreements. New wellfields, milling changes, restoration work, and the proposed refining-and-conversion project require government approvals; the proposed conversion facility has not begun construction.
