AgomAb Therapeutics N.V. American Depositary SharesAGMBHealth Care

Develops investigational, organ-restricted therapies for fibro-inflammatory disease. Its pipeline includes oral ontunisertib and inhaled AGMB-447, while clinical development and regulatory progress determine its path to commercialization.

Develops investigational therapies for fibro-inflammatory disease, combining earlier HGF-mimetic antibody research with a platform centered on organ-restricted ALK5 inhibition. Ontunisertib, also called AGMB-129, is an oral GI-restricted candidate; AGMB-447 is an inhaled lung-restricted candidate. AGMB-101 is ready for initial clinical testing.

Operations span Belgium, Spain and the United States through the parent company and two wholly owned subsidiaries. The portfolio was expanded through the acquisition of Origo Biopharma, where the two ALK5 candidates were discovered. Its public-company profile is built around research, candidate discovery or acquisition, intellectual property and clinical development rather than marketed products. Progress depends on clinical development and regulatory advancement of investigational candidates.
