Profile
Sells device, electronics, appliance, vehicle, equipment and housing protection through Global Lifestyle and Global Housing. Premiums and service fees flow largely through embedded partnerships with carriers, retailers, manufacturers, lenders, dealers and property managers, making client retention, regulated underwriting and catastrophe exposure central to results.
Protects and services connected devices, consumer electronics, appliances, vehicles, commercial equipment and homes through two segments. Global Lifestyle comprises Connected Living—mobile-device solutions, electronics and appliance service contracts, financial-services products—and Global Automotive vehicle and equipment protection. Global Housing provides lender-placed homeowners, manufactured-housing and flood insurance, voluntary property coverage, renters insurance and related services.
Distributes chiefly through long-term partnerships with mobile carriers, retailers, manufacturers, financial institutions, auto dealers, mortgage servicers and property managers. Operations combine program design, underwriting, claims administration, customer support, repair, logistics and device disposition; Global Lifestyle is concentrated in North America but also serves Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Revenue and results depend on retaining large distribution partners, insurance and service-contract regulation, underwriting and claims severity, and catastrophe exposure in housing.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
