Profile
Operates scheduled leisure flights from underserved US cities to vacation destinations through Allegiant Air, and charter plus Amazon cargo service through Sun Country Airlines, with ancillary fees and vacation packages making up roughly half of combined revenue.
Point-to-point leisure service from small and mid-size US cities to a concentrated set of destinations — principally Florida, Las Vegas, and the Southwest. Routes operate at low frequency, with roughly three-quarters facing no nonstop rival. Ancillary fees and bundled vacation packages account for roughly half of total revenue.
The 2026 acquisition of Sun Country Airlines layered in charter flights and an Amazon air cargo contract alongside Sun Country's scheduled leisure flying, diversifying beyond Allegiant Air's ancillary-heavy model. Both carriers continue under separate FAA operating certificates pending single-certificate approval.
The fleet is Airbus A320-family supplemented by Boeing 737s now entering service. A Florida hospitality venture, Sunseeker Resort, was sold in 2025, refocusing the group on airline operations.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
