Alumis Inc. Common StockALMSHealth Care

Develops oral TYK2 inhibitors for immune-mediated disease, led by late-stage envudeucitinib for plaque psoriasis and lupus, with A-005 targeting CNS disorders. Revenue currently comes from the Kaken collaboration rather than product sales, and Japanese dermatology rights for envudeucitinib are licensed to that partner.

Develops targeted therapies for immune-mediated diseases using precision data analytics and clinical development. Lead asset envudeucitinib is an oral TYK2 inhibitor being prepared for a plaque-psoriasis regulatory submission after pivotal trials, while a separate study evaluates it in systemic lupus erythematosus. A-005 is a CNS-penetrant TYK2 inhibitor being advanced toward a Parkinson's disease biomarker trial. Strategic alternatives are being explored for lonigutamab, an anti-IGF-1R antibody for thyroid eye disease acquired with ACELYRIN.

Operates without approved products or product-sales revenue, generating collaboration revenue through Kaken while funding research and trials. Clinical results, regulatory approval, commercialization readiness, outsourced manufacturing, and access to capital determine whether the pipeline can reach patients. Kaken holds exclusive Japanese rights to develop and commercialize envudeucitinib for dermatology, with options in certain other fields; Alumis retains rights elsewhere.
