Profile
Provides wealth management, family-office advice, OCIO services, trust support, and alternatives exposure for wealthy families, foundations, and institutions. The current business is one reportable segment after the real-estate exit, with revenue tied mainly to management and advisory fees.
Provides wealth management, family-office advisory, OCIO, trust, cross-border wealth advice, and alternatives expertise for wealthy families, foundations, institutions, and outsourced-CIO clients. Alternatives exposure includes TIG Arbitrage and interests in external managers.
Operates from a global footprint built from Tiedemann, TIG, and Alvarium roots, with added capacity in Singapore, the United States, the Midwest, and Germany after listing. Management/advisory fees form the main recurring revenue base, while incentive fees depend on alternatives performance.
The business is now one reportable segment after the International Real Estate disposal. Execution depends on client retention, market-sensitive asset levels, integration of acquired wealth-management teams, and remediation of reported internal-control weaknesses.
