Profile
Provides contract compression across U.S. natural gas infrastructure, earning mostly fixed monthly fees by owning and operating a predominantly large-horsepower fleet. A smaller aftermarket segment maintains, overhauls, reconfigures, and supplies parts for customer-owned compressors, while demand tracks gas and oil production and midstream activity.
Provides midstream natural gas compression through two segments across major U.S. producing regions. Contract Operations designs, sources, owns, installs, operates, services, repairs, and maintains a predominantly large-horsepower fleet under mostly fixed monthly fees. Aftermarket Services sells parts and components and performs operations, maintenance, overhauls, and equipment reconfiguration for customer-owned compressors.
Fleet standardization, remote monitoring, local field coverage, and equipment redeployment help maintain availability as reservoir and pipeline pressures change. Recent acquisitions expanded large-horsepower and electric-motor-drive capacity, while asset sales removed smaller and non-strategic units. Demand depends on natural gas and crude-oil production, gathering, processing, transportation, and storage; operations also remain subject to federal, state, and local emissions, environmental, and workplace-safety rules.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
