Profile
Rents and operates large-horsepower natural-gas compression and distributed power equipment, earning primarily contracted equipment and capacity payments plus installation, maintenance, station-construction, and field-service fees. Compression remains the core business, with most assets concentrated in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale.
Operates large-horsepower natural-gas compression through Compression Infrastructure for upstream and midstream customers in U.S. producing regions. Power Infrastructure, added through the Distributed Power Solutions acquisition and branded Kodiak Power Solutions, rents distributed and behind-the-meter generation equipment with installation, operation, maintenance, and support services for energy and digital-infrastructure users.
Earns compression revenue primarily from fixed-revenue term contracts; power arrangements generally combine fixed monthly equipment and capacity payments with service fees. Other Services covers station construction, customer-owned compressor maintenance and overhaul, parts, crane, freight, and related field work.
Standardized equipment, predictive maintenance, monitoring, and technician training support uptime. Most compression assets sit in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale, tying results to regional production and gathering activity; contracts become cancellable on short notice after their primary terms, and operations are subject to air-quality, safety, and other energy-infrastructure regulation.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
