Profile
Provides compression services to natural-gas producers, processors, gatherers, and transporters across U.S. infrastructure applications. Its fleet-based model centers on large-horsepower equipment deployed for gathering, processing, and transportation.
Provides large-horsepower natural-gas compression services for producers, processors, gatherers, and transporters. The fleet is deployed in U.S. gathering systems, processing facilities, and transportation applications, with gas-lift compression also serving crude-oil production.
Operations originated in large-horsepower infrastructure packages and have expanded across U.S. shale regions, including the Utica, Marcellus, Permian, Delaware, Eagle Ford, and Haynesville. The January 2026 acquisition of J-W Power added fleet, facilities, and employees.
Energy Transfer controls the general partner, while publicly traded common units represent limited partner interests. Customer deployments and fleet utilization determine how much equipment is under contract and billing.
